Brooke Hogan Shopping In Miami On 3/15

No idea who the broad with her is. Its not Linda.

3/15 Impact Does .8 Rating

Impact did a .84 rating off hours of .88 and .80 and averaged 1.1 million viewers, an overall decrease of 21.4% in viewership from last week. Impact opened with a .84. In a very troubling sign for TNA, the AJ Styles vs. Jeff Hardy main event was the lowest rated segment of the entire show with a .72 with the overrun doing a .74.

It may be worth noting that this week's episode was taped and going against a strong Raw, headlined by Stone Cold Steve Austin guest hosting. Still, it couldn't have been fun for TNA to hear that number.

3/8 Impact Does 1.0 Rating

Last night's edition of TNA Impact scored a 1.0 cable rating. Rounded up from 0.98.

This is generally being considered a disappointing number, seeing as how they pumped the in-ring return of Hogan and Flair. Spike Officials have come out and put their spin on it - focusing on the demographics. Next week, TNA features a taped show running against a Steve Austin hosted Raw. The news could be getting worse for TNA.

Hogan and Abyss Triumph Over Flair, Styles

- The opening match of Hulk Hogan and Abyss vs. AJ Styles and Ric Flair ended in a no contest after Sting made his return and shocked the world by attacking Hogan and Abyss! Hogan promised Flair and Styles that the match would be restarted later, under NO DQ rules.

- Later, cameras found Sting backstage, who was confronted by TNA President Dixie Carter. Sting shoved Carter out of the way and told her he didn't owe her anything!

- Backstage, a very serious TNA President Dixie Carter announced that Sting would be competing on the broadcast against an opponent of her choosing!

- Sting came out for his match...and his opponent was the debuting ROB VAN DAM!! Van Dam surprised Sting by coming in through the crowd and hitting The Icon with a dropkick off the top followed by his rolling thunder for the quick pin and win! After the bout, an irate Sting battered RVD with his black bat until a bloodied Hulk Hogan came out to confront his longtime nemesis! Hulk was held back by Bubba The Love Sponge and TNA security. However, Sting went after Hogan and nailed him with the bat on the stage before leaving the arena! Complete chaos! RVD won his surprise TNA debut, but Sting cut short the celebration with the attack.

- The main event was the restart of Hulk Hogan and Abyss vs. Ric Flair and AJ Styles! While a bloodied Hogan and Flair went after each other, Styles and Abyss faced off! After some major brawling, Hogan sent Styles into Abyss, who hit the Black Hole Slam for the win!

- After the bout, Desmond Wolfe hit the ring and attacked Hogan and Abyss with a steel chair, allowing Flair and Styles to restart their attack. However, in a huge surprise, "The Charismatic Enigma" Jeff Hardy made his TNA return to save Hogan and Abyss as "iMPACT!" went off the air! What an amazing night!

3/4 TNA Impact Does 1.1 Rating

Same number as last week, but the total viewers were down to the lowest point of the Hogan/Bischoff era. They've seem to have lost steam - this Monday show can be a make or break situation for them.

Did Hulk Spoil RVD Signing?

About two minutes in, Hogan makes a gesture that would make one assume that RVD will be in Orlando on Monday.

RVD posted a blog regarding the matter saying that TNA talks have heated up, but that he hasn't signed anything. To tell the truth, it seemed like he was trying to create some last minute doubt more than he was denying it.

TNA is said to be irate that this information was "retweeted" on Twitter by SpikeTV. Although, one would have to think this will only benefit them on Monday.

TNA Reports 400 Turned Out For Hogan-Fu Contest

David Crosby, 31, who works at a Snap Fitness gym in the wrestling-rich Minneapolis suburb of Robbinsdale, boarded a Greyhound bus late Thursday night for the 14-hour journey to St. Louis. A lifelong Hulk Hogan fan, he didn't hesitate to spend $190 on the bus ticket for a chance to see the pop icon in person and compete in the inaugural Hogan Fu-Fest, held Friday, Feb. 26, at Shannon's Steaks & Seafood in downtown St. Louis.

Crosby, though, didn't just compete - he won the grand prize (ringside seats to Lockdown 2010 on April 18 at the Family Arena in St. Charles, Mo.).
"I'm still on cloud nine," Crosby said about an hour after winning the title and after taking more than 200 photos with TNA fans at the event.

More than 400 attended the record-setting afternoon extravaganza. (TNA Wrestling has forwarded documentation from Hogan Fu-Fest to officials overseas at the worldwide headquarters of Guinness World Records to verify the event as the new record for Largest Gathering of Mustached People.)

"I never expected to win; it's actually a bonus," Crosby said. "I found out about Hogan Fu-Fest last Wednesday and there was no doubt that I was going (to attend.) I booked the (bus) ticket right away; I just knew it was one of those things that I was supposed to do."

Crosby said his "heart dropped" when Hogan formally announced the event's grand-prize winner.

TNA Wrestling personalities Jimmy Hart and Jeremy Borash also attended.

Hulk And Eric Scout New Talent

According to Pwinsider.com, Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff made a visit to the Knokx Pro wrestling school in Burbank, CA yesterday. Rikishi, Orlando Jordan, Gangrel and Black Pearl operate the school, and the students had the chance to work out in front of Hogan and Bischoff while they were there.

I gotta say, I paid a visit to their site, and Knokx looks shitty.

Hogan/Abyss vs. Flair/Styles Confirmed For 3/8 Show

A match was set up between these four individuals after Flair, Styles, and Desmond Wolfe attacked Hulk Hogan on this past Thursday's edition of TNA Impact. It will mark the first time Ric Flair has wrestled on TV since Wrestlemania XXV, which featured a retirement angle.

2/25 Impact Does 1.1 Rating

Ratings continue to trend downward as TNA did their lowest rating of the Hogan/Bischoff era. The show did a 1.14 with 1.5 million viewers. Of course, they're running against the Olympics again, which has reportedly been doing strong ratings. The move to Monday can't seem to come soon enough.
